We do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors: we borrow it from our children.
No one knows the exact source of this quote but it rings true for everyone on this planet! Come dive into a coral reef expedition with two exceptional filmmakers, Howard and Michele Hall. A MacGillivray Freeman Film, Coral Reef Adventure, will be playing in the Giant Dome theater at the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center from February 11, 2014 until February 13, 2014. There are two showtimes available every day at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
The Giant Dome theater is an IMAX theater. IMAX is the best format of film available! With an enormous screen and strategic camera angles, the IMAX is said to make you feel like you are within the adventurous documentary, exploring the great terrain and underwater gardens!
Coral Reef Adventure is a film that guides viewers into the South Pacific through beautiful islands of Fiji to Australia’s Great Barrier Reef! This adventure is not only fun but very educational! While exploring the beautiful terrain, the filmmakers also capture the result of unfortunate human impact on the coral reefs as it shows the dilapidated coral brought on by coastal development, pollution, and many other harmful factors. The beauty of the coral reefs are captured at its finest in this film. An entire underwater world comes to life for young children to old adults. Do NOT miss out on your opportunity to explore below the surface of the seas!
The Reuben H. Fleet Science Center is proud to offer this film! Enjoy general gallery admission into the Science Center with every Giant Dome Theater purchase.
