Calling all kids! Calling all kids! Get ready to have a jumpin’ good ole time at La Habra Children’s Museum on Sunday, March 2, 2014. Let’s Play is a FREE event happening Sunday afternoon from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The Children’s Museum at La Habra is offering a special, free event one Sunday afternoon each month in the year 2014. Sponsored by our neighborhood friendly store, Target, all Sunday afternoon events encourage families to come out, have some fun, and learn something new! The month of March is focused on “Let’s Play!” The Children’s Museum is open to kids and adults of all ages! Every child must be accompanied by an adult ages 18 and over.
Music, dance, visual art performances, and activities will all be centered around the “play” theme. So, there is sure to be something fun for the entire family! There are two different sessions on Sunday afternoon: 1 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. and 3:15 to 5 p.m. Although admission is free, due to contractual constraints only 500 people are allowed entry Sunday afternoons. Therefore, 250 wristbands will be handed out at each session. Please arrive early to ensure admission to all the fun!
Children can enjoy an enormous LIFE size checker game with friends, build giant outdoor structures, become an ultimate hula hoop champion, or sprint through the crazy, twisting and turning obstacle course! Please do not miss out on this great opportunity to get your kids smiling from ear to ear!
